The true story of the internet

The greater minds of modern society often claim that they have created an object in existence that might help the current community and hopefully will develop as the years go by.

One of the greatest inventions of all time were the internet. It was first claimed to be invented by the man himself Al Gore and he  stated that he took the initiative to create the internet. He promoted the Internet's development both as a senator and the vice president of the United States of America. With this a couple of students from the University of Illinois have created the very first browser called the Mosaic that sparked the developments of today's technology resulting of which a technological wildfire. However, in order for mosaic to succeed they needed a heaping pile of cash to start with as the capital foundation to their booming organisation.

With all these developments came along chaos. In the internet world they called it the browser wars. It is the competition to acquire browser dominance with the usage of users around the globe. The first browser war that occurred was between Microsoft's Internet Explorer and the Netscape Navigator during the late 1990's. It wasn't anything like computer geeks in medieval costumes with foam swords swinging at each other, it was more like Bill Gates the CEO and owner of Microsoft smacking Netscape to the face with a heaping pile of cash with the line stating that if they don't sell their company to Microsoft they will destroy them in the market.

Today, the browser wars still continue between google chrome, mozilla firefox, safari and opera.
